Being human isn’t always easy. If you’re reading this, then you know what I mean. Life can be really challenging and sometimes it can feel out of control with the expectation and assumption that you have to keep it all together by pushing through. I know how hard it can be to deal with stress and overwhelm alone and I also know it is completely normal to need support at times. 

I’m a client-centered therapist and relationship coach providing individual therapy for adults. My speciality is helping humans address their stress and overwhelm, rise to the challenges in their personal and professional lives, and improve their relationships with  evidenced based tools and resources. Committing to individual therapy not only provides space for you to explore your inner psychological well-being but connects you to what it means to be human as you connect deeply with your experience and conceptualization of the world and the relationships that fill it. Within the reflection can come valuable insight and knowledge, impacting what it means to be human. 

Often in times of stress or crisis, it’s easy for us to lose sight of what we’re doing and why. At the heart of my practice is the belief and vision that what you seek is available and attainable. As a client-centered therapist, I am here to offer support and guidance based on your own expertise on your life. Client-centered therapy, often times referred to as Rogerian therapy, reflects Carl Roger’s, a humanist psychologist, foundational premise that individuals have the skills and intrinsic ability and motivation to self-actualize while achieving personal growth. Throughout active listening with a non-judgmental position, I work with individuals in a non-directive stance, on a weekly basis, to explore areas of concern. Some areas include anxiety, depression, fear, existential crisis, guilt, life transitions, shame, grief, and relationships themes.
